Team Leader Software Engineering / Architect (100%)
Your Main Tasks:
Be the master of our technology stack. Take ownership and drive development of key features and components of the SaaS platform
Eager to thrive for the best solution together with your team and the product development team
Design, implement and test new architectures to drive performance and scalability
Lead the technical DevOps team and manage project priorities and deadlines
Improve the WinJi Backend Systems and setup processes to further automate business activities.
Your Profile:
You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years hands-on software development experience in the full software life cycle (concept, design, test, release, support)
2+ years experience in leading a technical team, proven team leadership and excellent communication skills
Able to challenge the obvious and eager to thrive for the best suited solution
Very good knowledge of (T)SQL, Node.js, Git, Bash, Javascript
Experience in building highly scalable solutions with large data pipelines and performant online services in cloud based environments (we use Azure), including deployment automation and monitoring
Excellent written and verbal English language skills, German is a big plus.
